Cleveland Models is the RC car shop Middlesbrough and Teesside has relied on for over 30 years. What started as a passion for radio controlled cars has grown into one of the North East’s most trusted and well stocked RC model shops, serving beginners, enthusiasts and serious racers alike.

Our Story: Middlesbrough’s Favourite RC Car Shop

We opened our RC car shop in Middlesbrough on Linthorpe Road over three decades ago with a simple aim: to share our passion for the RC hobby with as many people as possible. Since then we’ve helped thousands of customers find their first RC car, source that elusive spare part, repair a much loved model and discover new brands and technologies as the hobby has evolved.

The RC world has changed enormously over the years. Motors have gone brushless, batteries have gone LiPo, and the range and quality of models available today is extraordinary compared to when we first started. But our commitment to personal, expert service hasn’t changed a bit.

Our Repair Service

Whether your electric model has taken a tumble or your nitro engine needs tuning, our experienced team can diagnose and fix a wide range of faults on both electric and nitro models.
